Built a telemedicine platform from scratch inside a 4M+ user insurance app integrating 3 backend systems into one seamless experience. Grew from a single appointment flow into a full digital health hub with remote consultations, diet tracking, health profiles, and risk assessments over 2 years.

Sole designer on DigitALL, Allianz's internal B2B platform for insurance agents. Redesigned dashboards with a user-centric approach and integrated a chatbot to boost agent workflow efficiency. Research surfaced a critical mobile gap that shaped the strategic roadmap.

Texinsight — AI Platform UX Design

Designed two products for a deep-tech AI startup: effiDoc — a document scanning, OCR, and team-sharing platform — and Newky, a security layer for shared digital tools later productized as a physical device. Shaped UX strategy from zero with high-fidelity prototypes and a scalable component library.

I'm Ebru a Senior Digital Product Designer based in Istanbul. My background is in industrial design, but I've spent the last 4.5 years working exclusively on digital products across mobile apps, web platforms, and B2B tools.

At Allianz Turkey, I operated in three modes simultaneously: embedded team member shipping features across four dev squads, solo designer owning entire product domains end-to-end, and design lead running usability tests, deep benchmark analyses, and shaping product strategy alongside stakeholders.

I care about the full arc from benchmark study to final handoff. I'm as comfortable in a sprint planning session as I am in Figma.
